Wild Wanderers products are made to order. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and create each item specifically for you.
Production time
Please allow 3–7 business days for your apparel and/or skincare order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Production may take longer during holidays, launches, or periods of unusually high demand.
Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Estimated delivery times
After your order has been produced and shipped:
- United States: approximately 5–8 business days
- International orders: approximately 10–21 business days, depending on the destination
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and destination.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced or shipped from different facilities.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has begun.
